As requested by key clients, LPD will provide the core talent to conduct executive coaching sessions with senior- level leaders in order to create career development, counseling or individual growth plans for executives.

This is not a “coach out” service, but rather a “stay in” view of the executive coaching process with the idea of developing skills and expertise for lasting results.

As requested by key clients, LPD will provide coaching and guidance on setting up a business university program and / or transitioning and running a corporate training function.
